How fast do you respond?+

Do I need to have a healthcare license?+
Yes. Eagle Meds Services sells only to licensed hospitals, clinics, outpatient surgical centers, infusion centers, EMS & Fire departments, etc. We’ll always verify before fulfillment.
Are you DSCSA compliant?+
Yes — fully. Every order ships with verified Drug Supply Chain Security Act pedigree, authorized-trading-partner provenance, and lot-level track-and-trace data. Pedigree samples available on request.
What about cold-chain?+
Validated 2–8°C and frozen shipping with monitoring and excursion documentation. We follow GDP guidelines end to end.
Do you handle controlled substances?+
No — Eagle Meds Services does not source or handle DEA-scheduled controlled substances. We focus on hard-to-find specialty, sterile, and non-scheduled medications.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not currently. We service the continental United States. Get in touch if you have a specific cross-border request — we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
