About Eagle Meds

Built for the Calls That No One Else Returns.

Eagle Meds Services exists because the gap between what health facilities need and what their wholesalers can supply got too wide. We close that gap.

Our Story

A Simple Business Model for a Complicated Problem.

When a hospital can’t source a product, the patient is the one who waits. When a surgical center or clinic can’t source a product, the patient is sent elsewhere and the practice fails. When an oncology clinic hits an allocation cap, treatment cycles slip. None of those outcomes are acceptable.

Eagle Meds Services was built to be the call you make when your primary distributor says no. We either already have it on our shelves because we anticipated the shortage, or we tap a network of vetted suppliers we’ve been building for over two decades.

“Our entire job is to be the supplier of last resort — and the supplier of choice when supply is the bottleneck.”

What We Believe

Four Principles That Run Every Quote.

Network Over Inventory

We’re not just a warehouse. We’re a network of relationships built over two decades — primary, secondary, manufacturer-direct, specialty depot. Every relationship is a path to supply.

Compliance Is the Floor

Pedigree, licensure, DSCSA, FDA, GDP — these aren’t differentiators, they’re the price of entry. We treat documentation as a deliverable.

Patients Before Paperwork

When a buyer calls about a critical shortage, we move first and document second. Patients don’t care about our process — they care about their treatment and service.

Plain English

Sourcing is complicated. Talking to us shouldn’t be. We quote in clear language, escalate honestly, and tell you when we can’t help.

The Team

Decision Makers, Supply-Chain Veterans, Compliance Leads.

Every person on the Eagle Meds team has done this work elsewhere first. We’ve been the buyer on the other end of the call. We’ve been the buyer trying to find the missing NDC. That’s why we built this company the way we did.
